Use of the service

ispollenhigh is provided as is, free of charge, for personal and non-commercial use. You may share links to any page. You may not scrape the site at scale or repackage the data as your own product.

Forecasts are indicative

The pollen levels shown on the site are forecasts derived from third-party data. They reflect modelled conditions for a wider area, not the air immediately around you. Local pollen counts can differ from the forecast because of weather, recent rainfall, time of day and proximity to specific plants.

ispollenhigh is not a substitute for medical advice. If hayfever is affecting your health, speak to a pharmacist or your GP.

No affiliation

ispollenhigh is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Met Office, Google, the NHS or any other organisation mentioned on the site. Where we attribute data to a provider, that attribution is factual and not a partnership claim.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ispollenhigh and its authors are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including reliance on a forecast that turned out to be wrong. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, because the law does not allow us to exclude those.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The date below shows the last change. Continued use of the site after that date counts as acceptance.
